Waterproofing.

Most concrete restoration jobs start as waterproofing failures. We do the waterproofing right the first time. Elastomeric coatings on the tower envelope, expansion joints rebuilt to spec, vehicular and pedestrian deck systems, planter waterproofing, and every window and door sealant addressed before water becomes a structural problem.

Coastal envelopes fight a moving target. Wind-driven rain finds the weakest sealant joint, salt accelerates every chemical reaction in the substrate, and twenty years of UV breaks down even the best coatings on a predictable curve. We start every job with a moisture survey and a coating-system selection that's matched to the substrate condition, not just the manufacturer's marketing sheet — and we coordinate the waterproofing scope with concrete and stucco repair so the new coating goes down on a substrate that will actually hold it.

Application matters as much as product selection. Our crews are manufacturer-certified across the major coastal coating lines we use, which means the warranty is registrable and enforceable. Every coat is verified with wet-film thickness gauges and dry-film recheck, every primer is given the cure time the data sheet specifies, and every transition between substrates — concrete to stucco, stucco to glass, deck to wall — is detailed with the manufacturer's recommended termination assembly. Done right, the system carries a 10-to-20-year material warranty; done wrong, even a great product fails in three.
