"Florida's Choice Contracting was contracted to perform the concrete restoration, waterproofing and painting work at the Balmoral Condominium in December of 2008. To date they have performed over four million dollars in concrete restoration, waterproofing, painting and related work. The project was always well staffed with a fulltime foreman, over 30 workmen and a superintendent. We are completely satisfied with the quality of all the work and would highly recommend them."
