From paint sales to protecting South Florida's skyline.

Javier Navarro began his career in coastal paint sales, where he witnessed firsthand the effects that salt, sun, and time have on South Florida's buildings. After years working on high-rise painting projects, he recognized that many structures needed more than a fresh coat of paint—they required concrete restoration, waterproofing, structural repairs, and long-term protection. With that vision, he founded Florida's Choice Contracting in 2004 to provide complete building restoration solutions and perform the work the right way.

Today, Javier remains actively involved in the company's operations, providing the leadership and hands-on approach that have defined FCC for more than two decades. As the company has grown, a new generation of leadership has introduced modern technology and streamlined processes, allowing FCC to expand while maintaining the values and standards on which it was built.

The result is a company that combines proven field experience with modern project management, delivering quality workmanship, accountability, and long-term value on every project.
