When you submit our contact or inspection-request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, building or association name, building city, building type, project type, timeline, and any free-text details you choose to add. To help us identify abuse and spam, we also automatically log the IP address and browser user-agent of the submitting device, along with the date and time of submission.
We do not collect any other personal information from visitors who simply browse the website. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or social-media pixels.
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry — to schedule a site visit, prepare an estimate, or answer your question. A staff member at Florida's Choice Contracting will read your submission, contact you using the email or phone number you provided, and reference your building or project details to give you a useful response.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information stays inside our company.
This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioral-analytics cookies. We may use a session cookie required for the contact form's anti-CSRF protection — that cookie is set only when you visit a page with a form, expires when you close your browser, and contains no identifying information.
Our hosting provider may keep server-level access logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user-agent) for security and operational purposes. Those logs are not associated with form submissions and are not shared with third parties.
Form submissions and the records of any subsequent business relationship are kept for as long as required by Florida contractor record-keeping rules and our reasonable business needs — typically the duration of any project we perform for you, plus the warranty period and applicable statute-of-limitations period. Form submissions that do not lead to a business relationship are typically retained for one year and then deleted.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS, written to access-restricted server storage, and protected by standard server-level security controls. No data transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we treat the information you share with us with reasonable professional care.
This website is intended for property owners, property managers, condominium association boards, and the engineering and construction professionals who advise them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we update this policy we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for thirty days.
