We typically work tier-by-tier or stack-by-stack so half the building stays accessible at any time, schedule loud work outside of nap windows on family-heavy buildings, and coordinate with on-site staff so residents always know what's happening on their floor. Our final deliverable is the documentation package the city needs: progress photos, materials submittals, inspection sign-offs, and warranty registrations — all organized for the engineer's certification letter.
