Scope of work
A combined fountain and pool program for a commercial property in Coral Gables. On the building side, we restored the lower and upper main entrance water fountains: prep for new Diamond Brite plaster, bond kote application, acid wash, and a cool blue finish. On the pool side, we ran a full renovation — surface sounding and inspection, demolition of delaminated areas, waterline and gutter tile replacement, new coping and mosaic glass tiles, new bullnose and step finishes, depth marker and 'No Diving' tiles, return-fitting and main-drain replacement, Diamond Brite resurfacing, and an optional Techcrete 2500 waterproofing system carrying a 20-year manufacturer warranty.
