Seagate Towers in Delray Beach received a focused envelope program: structural concrete restoration to address the spalling and rebar corrosion typical of coastal towers of its vintage, full waterproofing of the building envelope, and a complete exterior repaint to spec. Work was scoped to the engineer's damage survey and sequenced to keep residents in their units throughout.
