A concrete-heavy structural restoration on a downtown Miami high-rise. The scope ran the full range of structural concrete work — partial and full-depth balcony repairs, overhead repairs, rusted reinforcing steel repairs, post-tension pocket repairs and cable replacement, stucco delamination remediation, and garage slab and beam restoration. The program also installed new post-tension anchorage systems and restored tendon stress across the affected areas, with structural waterproofing repairs and clean-up systems running concurrently.
