Scope of work
A comprehensive exterior restoration effort designed to renew and protect one of Hollywood's established residential towers. The project addressed critical building envelope components through a coordinated program of concrete restoration, waterproofing, exterior painting, sealant replacement, and structural repairs.
Performed using swing-stage access systems, the work focused on restoring weather-exposed surfaces, correcting deterioration, and reinforcing the building's long-term durability.
