Scope of work
A multi-building program at the Carib Villas property in Miami. We completed structural and exterior restoration across multiple residential apartment buildings within the complex — concrete restoration, structural repair details, floor and railing repairs, stair repairs, exterior restoration, surface preparation and repair work, waterproofing scopes, painting and finishing. The work was sequenced building-by-building to keep the property functional throughout.
