Scope of work
Artech Residences is a luxury waterfront condominium located in Aventura, Florida, consisting of 268 residential units. Florida's Choice Contracting completed a comprehensive restoration program that included concrete restoration, waterproofing, exterior wall repairs, sealant replacement, crack repairs, stucco restoration, and exterior painting throughout the property.
The project involved swing-stage and scaffolding operations to access and restore balconies, exterior walls, expansion joints, and other building envelope components, helping preserve the property's appearance, structural integrity, and long-term durability.
